Thank you Stephen for some outstanding customer service. I had almost given up hope on Union Bank and pretty much moved all of our accounts elsewhere due to poor customer service and long wait lines at other branches. Walked into RB location today and actually had someone who understood what a smile and "can do" attitude means. Thank you for restoring my faith in UBOC!  Great hire.

Banks are banks.This location is clean and bright.Parking is ample.Staff are friendly and courteous.I appreciate that they don't try to up sell me their products and services.They provide disinfectant spray and wipes due to Covid-19.I never imagined there would be a day that I want into a bank with a mask on asking for money...When times get rough, make sure to convert to cash.Cash is king!

I've been a customer at Union Bank for over 25 years. Well, the idea of going to a brick and mortar border bank and having a real person help you is lost on them. Being what they call a priority customer only means you have to keep a certain amount of money in the bank to have the exact same average service.  I find them to be rather unfriendly, understaffed, and generally not helpful. I have now in the process of moving my accounts to Ally Bank where I can make much more interest on my money.

Changed hours. Failed to notify customers.Epic failure. Other banks have still actual banking hours. Some branches are 11-4, some 10-4Oh and 30+ min wait time and no option for them to call you back.In an industry that literally has glass barriers between customers and tellers.
