Halcyon CCTV Experts - Security Cameras Installation

Halcyon exceeded my expectations. Not only is the product they deliver top-tier, they have options to meet everyone's needs and outfitted my security system to my specific needs. After using a WI-FI based camera system for years, it was time to upgrade to a POE NVR system and I'm glad I went with Halcyon. I am a big believer of you get what you pay for and in this case I definitely got my money's worth. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable and did a very CLEAN and efficient set up. 10/10 would recommend.

Met with us to discuss our objectives. Very timely with delivering a quote. Polite installers got the job done supported by Sandon. They were flexible with us as we added some scope during the install. Training was helpful and we're very pleased.

They were great! We got three quotes and they were in the middle but had the best cameras and equipment as well as gave us the most information in the email with the quote. Serg was a little stiff when he came over but then I remembered he's a tech guy and I liked him better than the other two salesmen from the other companies who came over. The two installers, Grits and Richard, were amazing as well and walked us through everything on our phones after the setup. We've had three other camera systems with our past homes and we really like to set-up of the app that this company uses. Serg was so responsive when we had questions the week after they left. Halcyon, and in particular its employee "Wes", trouble-shooted my CCTV system which was not working. Wes is both very professional and knowledgeable, as well a pleasure to work with. I really can't praise him enough. Wes spent a few hours on the phone with me, whle working remotely with my HikVision camera system to get it back up and running. It now works better than ever!
