I have used Law Office of Bryan R. Snyder for a stucco/building paper issue at a complex in San Diego. After not getting any serious response from my HOA to an issue that the HOA is obviously responsible for, I contacted the Law Office of Bryan R. Snyder to help me with my case. After hearing my issue, he took my case to the HOA and a settlement was reached. While the case took longer than what I anticipated, I do not blame Mr. Snyder for that. It was merely the speed that the HOA and their attorney worked at. Mr. Snyder has been very professional through this journey and he has responded without any delay to all of my questions. We had a lien that was unfairly placed on our house. We were in severe distress until a friend of a friend recommended the office Bryan Snyder. Bryan did not delegate our case to a more junior partner or paralegal person, he personally took care of our case with great attention to detail. His experience was reflected in the competence and confidence in handling the litigation side of things. Despite that, his fees were reasonable and definitely within the average charged by other legal offices within the the realm of business disputes. We eventually won the case and not only the lien was removed, but also, we were awarded a good some of money due to our cross complaint against the contractor.
