        Irvine Company has allowed loud construction in the suite above us for 3 months with no end in sight, i leave work with a headache everyday.

        Their management of parking garages is a ripoff and a scam. We parked at their garage on W. C St. In San Diego and parked from 12:30pm on 14-May and checked out at 3:21pm on 14- May, the next day (24 hrs + 2 hrs & 51 mins) and were charged for 48 hrs ( 2 full days).
