        best maintenance man Steve u will find he always takes care of any problems u have immediately!! floit is the best!! But as for the property manager Cynthia is a very rude person has no personality no kinda of people skills very unprofessional Ive rented here for 5yrs never been late on a rent payment besides the property manager everything else has been good.

        I was rather disappointed that they declined my application.i was a tennant of floit properties for a year..and never was i late with my rent in 2018 -2019 and the manager Cinthya said i had doors open if I ever wanted to come back..well things went bad in the sense that covid destroyed a lot of homes due to loosing their credit..divorce..but thank God i didnt loose my job..its terrible that floit properties was not a bit sensitive through these difficult times..I will never recommend no one to apply there.
