We at Saranac Villas love Geoff and his team. Geoff is the owner at Citadel and he is a hands on guy and not afraid to go the extra mile. He gives valuable inputs during our HOA meeting and offers great/ quick solutions that falls within the budget. Geoff provide the level of quality work and he is done it with integrity. Never cut corners and really a pleasure to work with Geoff.

I have the pleasure of working with Citadel Properties for the last few years as a board member. Geoff and his staff work tirelessly to help us maintain our property in good condition. Additionally, Citadel handles all other ascepts of our assocation needs for many years. They have excellent vendors, friendly and quick repsonses to our inquires as well as professionally dealing with complicated issues with owners and rental tenants. Knowledge and professionalism are paramount in the management industry-Citadel is both and I highly recommend them.

Citadel is one of the worse property management companies Ive ever dealt with. First off they harass there tenants over little things that are not in the HOA book. Geoff had the nerve to call my wife and told her to mind her own buisness, when we are the ones getting complaints from one tenant. They are not kid friendly. My son is one years old and they had the nerve to complain about me having a baby gate in front of the stairs. Mind you that I do not keep the gate up overnight, its only up when Im outside with my son. I would not recommend dealing with this property management company especially if your Black. They will harass you everyday till your move out.

Mr. Holloway's landlord is the owner of the condominium he rents. His landlord has retained a property management company to interface with Mr. Holloway. Not Citadel Properties. Citadel's responsibility is to manage the HOA, has a duty to protect the HOA, and to enforce the rules that are in place for the community's safety and enjoyment. Mr. Holloway has repeatedly violated the rules, despite being notified multiple times that he is not in compliance. Let me make it clear, we are NOT the management company that is responsible for handling Mr. Holloway.Fact: Geoff at no time called Mr. Holloway's wife. In fact, she called Citadel's offices, again arguing that their unit should not have to abide by the same rules that all owners and renters must adhere to for the safety and enjoyment of the entire community.Most importantly in our response to this review: Citadel Properties very much supports the Black community and does not tolerate racism of any sort within our organization. All owners and tenants are treated fairly and with respect. We have never met or laid eyes on Mr. Holloway. The accusation that Citadel Properties in any way mistreats anyone based on race is false and frankly obscene
