Unpleasant Experience with Investment Safe Property Management/ San Diego Rent Pros/ McDade Realty I recently concluded my tenancy with the above management property with many names listed and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my feedback to help others make informed decisions. Working from home with no office, they insist on email-only communication, making it impossible to speak with them in person. Their focus on profit over tenant relationships is evident, risking your property sitting vacant for months IF anyone decide to used them Think twice before using or renting from them assistance is minimal, and everything is handled through email. Unprofessional and shady, using a PO Box for mail. Be extremely careful my experience with this property management was terrible. During the move-out process, I encountered issues with transparency and fairness. While charging for cosmetic work is acceptable, their relentless pursuit of every minor detail during move-out reflects a concerning approach. For those seeking professionalism, honesty, and fair treatment, this management falls short. Despite having only 4 team members, their lack of professionalism is striking. The property management's handling of my tenancy was marked by a lack of professionalism and a disregard for tenant satisfaction. I strongly caution anyone considering renting from or hiring this property management. For a more positive experience, I recommend seeking a management team that prioritizes integrity, transparency, and tenant well-being. In conclusion, my time with Investment Safe Property Management was filled with frustration and disappointment. I hope this review serves as valuable feedback and encourages improvements in their practices.

Held my Security Deposit in bad faith. Female property manager at 4201 51st St was unkind. Likely treating their tenants this way because of the zip code. Never paid rent late or caused any problems, but she always called with an attitude and tried to speak down to me. Glad that lease is over; was an overall terrible property with worse property management.

I have lived there for one year and I liked it there. The place is sufficient for 2 people.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from SD Rent Pro. I had a scheduled showing for one of their commercial properties, which required me to take time off from work and fill out paperwork that took 30 minutes to complete. However, one hour prior to the scheduled appointment at 8 am, I received a text informing me that the appointment was cancelled due to construction happening at the location. Despite this, I still showed up at the location at 9 am since i had to take off from work and found that there was no construction and no one present. This raises concerns about the validity of the reason given for the cancellation and how it was communicated to me in the first place, especially since the office was closed at the time. When I attempted to speak to an agent about this issue, I was put on hold for 45 minutes by Rob before he informed me that an agent would call me within the hour. However, after waiting for four hours with no response, I called again and requested to speak to a manager. Rob informed me that he could not put me through to a manager. This entire experience has left me extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service shown by SD Rent Pro. Not only did I have to take time off from work and fill out paperwork for an appointment that was ultimately cancelled, but I also received conflicting and unreliable information about the reason for the cancellation, and was unable to speak to a manager when I needed to escalate the issue. I hope that this issue can be addressed and resolved promptly, and that steps can be taken to ensure that this kind of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service does not happen again in the future.

McDade Reality Group / SD Rentpros should care about their tenants and not screw them over. Mrs.Colleen talks over anyone, lacks customer service, and is not professional at all. I do not reside at the apartments anymore but that's what happened to us!
