It has been over a month since my two small children and I have been without water in our shower. For 4 weeks we havent been able to shower or bath in our own home. We have to pack a bag to shower at other peoples houses and with the constant downpour of rain, it has been even more of a challenge to keep my kids from becoming sick. I contacted my landlord and she had maintenance come out twice and they determined that a water shut off of the unit building was needed to fix the problem. My landlord and I have both contacted PMI multiple times to schedule the shut off so that maintenance can do their job. Without their authorization we cannot move forward and continue to be without water to bathe. The fact that we cannot get a response to something that is clearly a heath hazard and inconvenience for my family is saddening.

I have repeatedly tried to get an answer on the removal of these eucalyptus trees that are well over 5o feet in height. I submitted a request for removal of these trees. No one has returned my calls and I was finally able to speak with someone but was told that the manager was out ill and no one else could help me. It is my belief that there should be a back up person who can give answers and look up information. Our HOA community is in serious disrepair and the trees in the common area are not properly maintained. PMI Property Management is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I am totally disgusted and ready to file a BBB complaint, since I pay an HOA fee monthly to PMI. Although PMI is not responsible for the trees, Robin Hood Point HOA makes the ultimate decision I still expect an answer to my concerns in a timely manner it is not that difficult to send an email response. I was asked to remove my comment on this page when I finally got a response. I noticed that I was not the only dissatisfied resident when I checked other reviews.
