Hey Dan - have you seen what a tenant of yours is doing in Talmadge on 49th. Guy with motorcycle and white BMW racing in a quiet neighborhood with kids? Time to shut it down. Lots of progress on Nextdoor from concerned and aggravated neighbors. Property Managers can help in helping neighborhood. But I guess that doesn't matter. No worries, close neighbors are filing a police report and getting his information. BTW where do you live as maybe it's a better fit for this particular renter?

The building that Dan manages or owns on 49th street is a disaster with the guest of one tenant now living there who is harassing the neighborhood with his car and motorcycle racing all over the place. Dan will do nothing about it even though he is not on the lease.

You need to remove the non tenants from your complex! Their behavior is unacceptable! Youre being irresponsible not taking care of this.

I'm a tenant and Dan is my current property manager... I've been renting for over 12 years of my life. I've had mostly unsatisfactory experiences as far as property management. I've been at my current residence for 2 and a half years. Recob Real Estate was the 3rd property management team to take over our condo in Vista, CA during that time period. He immediately stood out, as he introduced himself via email, text and phone. He was personable, professional and got back to us in a timely manner whenever a situation had presented itself. It was a smooth transition once Recob Real Estate had taken over our property. Couldn't say enough good things! Thank you Dan!
