Best property management company! Im currently on assignment out of the States and the 3 Keys Team always provides me with peace of mind while Im away. Wouldnt trust any other team to manage my home!

I highly recommend 3 Keys Management if you are looking for a reliable, responsive, and professional property management company. I was actually introduced by my neighbor who was a tenant on a property 3 Keys was managing so I can say that they work very diligently to keep both owners and tenants satisfied. As a first time rental owner, Jack and J.R. were very patient in explaining the entire process. Jack matched us with tenants who aligned with our criteria and price range. He walked us through every step of the process and made us feel very at ease. Other than preparing and leaving the house, we really did not have to do anything as 3 Keys Management really took care of everything else! J.R. is great at always keeping up with our monthly statements and is especially kind in explaining the details from the very beginning. They really do a great job at managing the property, making sure that both parties are responsible for only their portion when any expenses/repairs come up. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly go to them for any future rental properties!

3 Keys makes renting our condo a breeze! From the rental listing, to screening tenants, to managing maintenance they take care of it all in a professional and efficient manner. They found great tenants for our unit, who the other residents of the building adore. Whenever we need to communicate they are responsive and friendly, but otherwise we have peace of mind knowing our property is in good hands. Monthly statements, payments, and maintenance receipts are always accurate and timely, and the year-end reporting makes taxes simple.
