It has been a positive experience overall working with Marc. He was patient in explaining the various stages of the process of renting out and was available to clarify any questions. He had all the necessary activities planned out and ensured that they got executed as planned. The team did a great job on the repair work and cleaning. They mostly stuck to the estimate they had given initially and made sure to not exceed our budget by too much. The marketing was of good quality. Marc took our inputs for pricing the property and for the property description in the advertisement. He followed up on the leads that the property got and found tenants within the promised 30 day period.
