Wesley Guest has been my real estate agent for five years, first representing me as a renter when I was new to the area, and then as a first-time homebuyer. He has an excellent pulse on the real estate market in San Diego, is an incredible person and agent. I recently closed on my first home purchase with Wes representing me. Wes knew exactly what I was looking for in a home and the exact location I desired, and so off we went house-hunting. I found my perfect home with his help. It had only been listed for three days and there was another offer on the condo. Strategy! He knows strategy! My offer was accepted, and I was happy with the terms; he also was very dialed in with my comfort level on negotiating. Throughout the escrow process, he managed my expectations fabulously. Wes is also fantastic at explaining and providing education on the entire home-buying process, of which I didnt know much about. Anytime I called, he either answered or called me back immediately. His organizational skills are stellar, and it kept me on track and organized from start to finish. Wes was also extremely flexible and accommodating with my demanding schedule. Another item of note, is that he has an incredible website that really helped me in my search of the perfect home. When I was a renter, he specialized market information for me based on my needs and sent monthly data metrics that were especially useful. There was one instance where I found myself in a position where I had one week to find a new residence. I contacted Wes, and within one hour he had compiled six listings that met my criteria; the next day, we viewed them all. Wes does not waste anybodys time, is extremely efficient and is very attentive to his clients. He is the ultimate professional with a true dedication and love for his career. I have recommended him to countless people in need of an honest real estate agent who knows precisely what he is doing in the best interest of his clients. Wes is simply incredible and goes above and beyond.

Wesley was a true professional. He helped us get the price we wanted and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He went above our expatiations to market our house in ways that I haven't even thought of and I believe that makes Wesley Tyler Real Estate a step above all the other real estate companies. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is considering buying or selling there home!

My husband and I recruited Wes to be our real estate agent and we couldn't be happier. Wes is organized, motivated, professional and extremely personable. He was incredibly invested in finding the right fit for us. We went through the ringer a bit during the process, however Wes always stayed positive and kept our interests front and center through the entire time. He has a great understanding of the real estate market and was very informative. He kept us up to date and always made an effort to be available to see a listing as soon as he possibly could. We are now living in the perfect house for us. I would recommend Wes to anyone looking to buy or sell. You wont be disappointed.

I don't think I can say enough good things about Wesley. We looked at several homes trying to find the right deal and he came through big. We just closed and are now in revovations and it's everything we hoped it would be. Wesley goes above and beyond what we expected and we now have a realtor for life.
