The OFF THE 56 Team is exceptional. They have an amazing and giving spirit with both a Blog and YouTube channel supporting their in-depth understanding of the San Diego area. With their help we were able to move to San Diego from the Midwest not knowing much about the area. They were so helpful, and genuine. Describing areas of Rancho Penasquitos, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Mira Mesa, Carmel Valley and more. Without their assistance we might not have succeeding in moving and settling, and they never asked for anything the whole time. When we purchase a condo, it will be through them, 100% and I suggest you do the same. They aren't here to get your money... they are genuinely here to build and connect with the community, including you!

Bern really exceeded our expectations for a realtor. He was dialed in to our needs and repeatedly represented our best interests, enabling us to land our dream home during a tough market for buyers. We chose to work with Bern because he is knowledgeable and responsive, but over the course of our search, he really went above and beyond. For example, we got carried away during the search with a home that exceeded our budget and didn't fit our needs. Rather than pushing us to buy, Bern reminded us that more houses will come on the market and let us come to the decision to wait. This really surprised us and enabled us to get a better house in the end. To give another example, Bern heard about an amazing house in our target neighborhood before it came on the market. This allowed us to get a sneak peek tour, understand the sellers priorities, and get prepared with a strong offer and supporting documents. Once we got into the offer stage, Bern did a great job of negotiating for us and the seller chose us out of multiple offers. Bern guided us through escrow, inspections, and close, leveraging his experience and network of professionals, ensuring a seamless experience for the biggest purchase of our lives. Bern has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the last few years. He is extremely passionate about our Rancho Penasquitos community off the 56 and it shows with all the neighborhood tours and community events. On top to that, he is in the top 1% of real estate agents in San Diego! Another reason I love working with Bern is because he has reliable contact list of local, trusted contractors to assist in all your home improvement projects. He recently just helped me complete a property sale where we had to upgrade all the flooring, paint and add new light fixtures.
