Quinn is an amazing real estate agent! I would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home. Quinn is very hard working and has great work ethics. He even rolled up his sleeves to get my house sold! It was a very emotional time for me and Quinn held my hand thru the entire process. He explained everything in very clear details. No question was to small, day or night. His negotiating skills are very impressive, he was able to come up with some great ideas. Quinn is very proactive and always 2 steps ahead when anticipating what a buyer needs and might want. He is also extremely fast on the rebound when a sale fell out of escrow (because a buyer's family issue) to get new bids from new buyers. Quinn kept all his promises. I was able to sell the house in a shorter time than originally expected and for more money. Quinn thank you for everything!

Quinn was highly recommended by a mutual friend and did not disappoint. His creative vision, network and communication skills put us in a cash positive property allowing us the opportunity to acquire more properties. Quinn is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the local real estate market. He added a ton of value for us throughout our purchase process by helping us understand whats important and where we were likely to get concessions during negotiations. You can tell hes really done his homework. Wed recommend him to any of our friends or family.

Quinn did an exceptional job selling our little Italy condo for $300k over ask! He then helped us find our new home in Encinitas during the crazy market of early 2021. With Quinns help, the first offer we placed was accepted, which was almost unheard of at the time.
