        Customer Service was really poor.The tax pro people didnt even take the time to fix my taxes, just kept passing me on to another person. I waited 15 minutes to try to get help and when I asked if they could look me up in the system they just walked away. I then went to the Santee location, and they were happy to help as soon as I walked in. In the future,I will be going to the Santee location to do my taxes.

        We've been happy with this place until this year!  Natalie/Natalia whatever the spelling screwed up.   Don't let her touch your taxes!  When she screws up she blames the customer not the "professional tax preparer"!!!!!!  I'm not bitching about a small mistake.  And she refuses to take ownership, they seriously need to let her go as she's making them look bad!!!

        All the stars go to Mrs. Mccaffree (Thủy) and her co-workers.  Several hours were wasted due to policy related issues.  HR Block has an obscured, not secured system.  Regardless, Thuy did a great job with her strong work ethic and pleasant personality.  Next year, we would like to work with an individual like her but in a very small office, because our tax is very simple to prepare.
