        10:15 am on a Saturday. I walked in to purchase a screen protector. Two employees present - each with a customer. I waited 5 min, ignored, and then asked one employee if there was anyone to check me out so I could be on my way. I waited 5 more min for them to even check me in. 15 min after that I finally just left. 25 min wait and no help for a simple retail purchase. I will be purchasing my next phone directly from Apple, not thru AT&T.
