Renu was super helpful in helping us with my sons passport. After frantically calling many many passport offices, I finally came across this one. Renu understood the urgency of our situation and she was able to squeeze us in that same day, a Monday. Our flight to Europe was on Saturday night, and she was able to expedite the passport in just 5 days total, we received the passport that Saturday morning, a few hours before our flight. Renu is amazing and very communicative and resourceful. I cannot thank her enough.

Im very disappointed. I went in person spoke to the lady at the front desk on Monday morning. She called the owner asked her to call me. I then called the owner directly Monday late afternoon and here it is Wednesday with not so much as a call back. After going inside the building one gets the impression this is a second business not a primary business therefore if you catch this person youll perhaps get great service thus explaining the many 5 star reviews or you get hung out like I have which would explain the handful of 1 star reviews. In brief, its hit or miss

I cant believe how FAST we got my Daughters passport!! We were having some trouble finding an appt and with long lines hours and hours waiting and getting nowhere. I looked online hoping for a solution. I found ETS the first time I called Renu she took so much stress away she knew exactly what needed to be done. She was so fast and efficient very polite. Renu told me what is needed and she made me an appt. I gave her all my paper work she checked and fixed what needed to . I can't express enough that this company is worth every penny!!! Thanks again Renu my daughter is going to Italy because of you thx again ciao LD

Renu did a great job getting my Visa for India. It was approved in 24 hours. Much faster than I could have received doing it myself. She is very professional, efficient and easy to work with. I will definitely use her services for future visas.
