Best vet experience i've had so far. Everyone was extremely nice and cared.

Rushed appt, malpracticed, and do not care for dogs with more complicated cases. I had just rescued a puppy from an unstable home. I brought my 5 week old puppy in for suspicion of worms because she was not acting or eating right. The doctor did tests and said they were negative but also that they couldnt do anything anyways because she was so young. Today, I had to put that puppy down because the roundworms were too severe. This time I brought her to a different Vetco and the vet said there was plenty that couldve been done had the previous doctor not neglect the facts. They also said her fur was matted down in one spot; but when they started shaving they ended up being a scab from a scratch and they just ripped it off. They didnt wear gloves, cover their exam table, or wipe anything down. Completely unsanitary and unsafe for other dog visits.
