Sanjivani was extremely difficult to work with. While she is fast to answer emails, it is done with minimal effort. I had several questions regarding my tax filing and her answers were one worded and not helpful. I had to pull information and send several up follow emails just to have one basic question answered. She gave no instruction on how to complete her process, and I had to ask how to pay her for my taxes to be completed. I will not be filing my taxes with her again.

Has been my go to for taxes since the start of my busniess in 2018 , Sanjivani does an AMAZING job making sure that all of the details are correct so that your return is maximized , even after doing my taxes Sanjivani calls to remind me to pay my yearly llc tax amongst other important reminders throughout the year , I WILL NOT trust anyone other than Sanjivani to do my taxes

We went to get answers for some simple questions about filing jointly and expecting comparative analysis for our situation. It was really difficult to communicate with Sanjivani and it seemed like we had to do all the work in the consultation. We were told that the last paystub would be sufficient but the consultation was not really worth it without W2s. I'd have expected more homework.
