        In this apartment complex someone has a poor dog living all day on a balcony. If you walk at 9:00 pm you can still hear it in the dark. Irresponsible owners as well as building employees who cannot plead ignorance because everyone who walks on the Parkmoor side can see it. This is inhuman!

        We stayed here for 5 months and they charged us a $3,800 fee 3 months after we had moved out. their move-in deposit fee is of $250. Why so cheap? Because they will hit you with a $3,600 deposit fee once you move out. They will completely remodel the apartment and charge you for it. We hd a Horrible experience staying here. I saw rats running around the dumpsters multiple times at night. The management team is bad, they will blame you for anything and everything then take forever to fix things. Their laundry was not working half of the time I was staying there
