    The valet service is kinda weird. Also, i am not sure , why they keep the garbage room door locked. Sometimes , the door is even locked on Sundays , which is way weird.

    Please DO NOT rent apartments in this community. Elevator is broken all the time and it takes MONTHS to fix it. After repair it breaks again in few days. Check elevator service report if you think this is exaggerated. You need to walk 10-15 minutes just to reach to parking/outside as elevators are not working. If you have kids or have a health issues or you are pregnant or staying with elder family members this creates very serious risk. Leasing office staff gives very rude answers and not ready to listen your concerns so dont waste your time there. There are plenty good apartments nearby so choose your place wisely.

    The elevators are always broken. Whatever happens , the management blames it on the vendors and does not take the responsibility of the elevators.

    I have been staying here for more than 3 years. First year was great. Staff was helpful and friendly, clean place, nice location as close to freeways, close to light rail station and few shopping places. In last 2 years something has happened, specially last 1 year. Garage doors started breaking very often and it took long for them to get fixed. Now they are fine. Last time it was broken was around 1-2 months ago :) Elevators are broken so often that it is frustrating. There have been instances when all of elevators were broken on same day. Last time an elevator was broken was 1 week ago :) Some of the current staff members (not all) seem to be rude, lazy and dishonest. They just keep trying to make fake excuses rather than resolving issues that residents are facing. Recently I reserved a storage space for myself. They replaced handle lock of a storage door to a lock without handle and they want residents to pull a heavy door by holding the key in the lock rather than just installing a simple handle or a door knob to the door in addition to the deadbolt lock. The excuse they gave is that previous lock with handle was less secure. Though they had provided me the key of that lock in the first place and changed the lock because that key was not working. In documentations, they make so many mistakes. Sometimes date is wrong sometimes year is wrong. They even make mistakes while fixing a reported mistake :) I am definitely not going to renew lease this time. Please go through other recent reviews posted here to understand what is going on here. Do not believe on old reviews(more than a year old) as that situation is thing of past now. Editing it on 02/23/2024: There was no improvement or concern shown by the management other than posting response to my review here just for a formality. In December/January, one elevator was out of order for around a month. It was very inconvenient to live here during holidays time. Parking garage was filled with water on numerous occasions. Entrance gate was broken multiple times again. I have moved out now. Even after moving out experience has been terrible. Incorrect data shown on their portal for payment and balance, when I asked questions, their response was incorrect again. This time I have attached a photo capturing how many times elevators were out of order within a period of around a month.
