Fire alarms every night and almost every day. As a resident you simply cannot sleep properly here.

I live nearby, and even as a non-resident, Ive been disturbed by the frequent fire alarms at this apartment. ABOUT 5 TIMES A MONTH!!!!! The fire departments swift arrival and departure suggest that these alarms might be false or triggered unnecessarily. PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND IMMEDIATELY. The safety of residents is paramount, and malfunctioning fire alarms pose a risk to lives.

I lived here for 2 years before I moved out. The main reason I left is because residents dont clean up after their dogs, so theres dog poop everywhere inside their grounds(and outside). Ive stepped on it twice. The poop I stepped on was on the concrete walkway. Some people just let her dogs off leash to do their business and thats it. They just leave the poop there. They provide poop bags for residents and they still dont use them. Its gross to walk around and cant event enjoy the walk because all you see is poop. Ive complained about this but the maintenance can only do so much. Its pretty disgusting. When I moved in, KIARA was the one who helped me sign a lease, but she got promoted and left after a year of me living there. She was such a sweet and nice person. She really made you feel welcome and comfortable to talk to her about any issues. I will say though, the maintenance team Juan and Kevin are amazing and do a great job. My car got broken into the first month of me moving in. In a gated garage. They dont have cameras so nothing was resolved. There were other residents with the same issue. The unit itself was great. I loved it. It was updated and clean when i moved in. Theres elevators and trash shoots on every floor. Sometimes people leave they boxes and stuff in the trash room when they clearly have stated to put it in the trash room on the garage level. The pool area gets a little loud with kids and other adult residents at times. It is well used. The badminton court is fun. Automatic lock system was fine for me, had no issues with it. Overall I enjoyed living here but I just couldnt handle the poop situation.

Horrendous experience!! This place is run by a shoddy team that has no idea of what they are doing. After multiple emails and calls they mess up with the same thing again and again. What a shame!! Its annoying that they cant figure out how a phone directory/call box works.

Lease elsewhere as this place has become a terrible place to live. They have a poorly organized team with terrible communication skills. Only good thing here is the onsite maintenance staff.
