Clean, spacious, and very peaceful. Also, has a great pool, hot tub and Sauna.

Older complex. Was originally built to be sold as condos but the current (and only owner) bought it during construction and decided to make them rentals! That means you get regular garage (with garage door opener), washer/dryer in each unit, gated and secure. Nice pool and hot tub AND a sauna (either dry or steam)! The rents are very reasonable for what you get. That translates to almost no vacancies ever! If someone there gets wind that another tenant is moving, the vacancy is almost immediately pounced on by current tenants looking for a bigger unit or their friends or family looking to get in! This tells you what you need to know. Not the newest place on the block but by far the best value and a genuinely nice place to live!
