image Long but worth the read. I really want to give ViO an extra star but it has been difficult due to mainly their scarce parking. I didnt think this would be such a huge issue with only two of us but having to work 10-12 hour shifts, sit in traffic, then having to drive around for 45 minutes waiting on parking is not ideal to have to get up early and do it again the next day. Sometimes you can get lucky. Some days my fianc and I have to plan the day and around our work schedule just so we can get parking (fortunately these days I could work remote). As a resident, you shouldnt have to do that and its so crazy to see your neighbors do it too. We alternate and take turns but youre trying to beat not only other residents but the public for a space. Some residents (which I can understand) but some that are not even residents take advantage of the spaces and leave their car here for weeks at a time.
You would think Greystar would provide additional parking spaces for their properties especially mainly being multi family units. Only one is automatically assigned to you so we asked and were willing to pay extra for a second space. We are still currently on the waitlist. We have been here for three months now.
The leasing process wasnt the smoothest. Emails werent answered promptly and I always had to send a follow up and called different times of the day and somehow not get a response. We would visit in person and were able to catch staff that way. We favored this community because it just felt more homey than the other communities we toured, it's modern but simple and it's overall convenient.
The leasing staff are friendly. Not sure why it was hard to get a hold of them in the beginning but they have been helpful whenever we have questions. Uliana and Jennyfer in particular. They always notify us of changes and events that are happening in the community. The buildings itself in and out are fairly clean and well-kept, also feels peaceful to be in. The units are very open, lots of natural light and modern. We really enjoy being home. It was pretty spotless first moving in so no complaints other than a leaky freezer and clogged sink which maintenance staff was quick to address and we havent had issues since. Maintenance staff is great, they always greet us in passing. Having it be a gated community is a bonus.
I would still recommend ViO a good place to stay. Parking is just horrid. For some it works and thats great, but just something to keep in mind. I dont know how it works but if ViO could somehow petition to have the stretch of sidewalk across the street be some sort of permit parking for residents after 5pm on weekdays, I think that would help a lot, if they really wanted to, depending on how far their property line goes but its a city thing I guess.

image My fianc and I have had a good experience living here at ViO. The community is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home. Jennyfer and the rest of the staff are attentive and always ready to assist with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, ensuring that any repairs are taken care of quickly. Overall, it's been a great place to call home!

image Worst experience ever I made a tour appointment yesterday at 12:30pm and when I went there for my tour, the agent said that she was going on lunch and told me to come back later. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had. She didnt care about my time and just kept telling me to come back when I had an appointment at 12:30. What is the point of having an appointment if they wont even take me at my confirmed appointment time? They never even answer their phones and it always goes to voicemail no matter what time of day I call. Worst experience ever
