From the moment I first was in contact with Adriana, Property Manager of Moorpark Garden Apartments, I knew this was a community I wanted to live in. I felt welcomed and she took the time to get to know me and go over the community here, which was very important to me. In hearing the benefits of security patrol in the evening, gated community, adequate visitor parking, laundry facilities and on-site maintenance, I was sold. Adriana has been such a pleasure to work with and is a warm smile and presence on site. I feel safe living here and the overall community is quiet, friendly and warm. In addition to Adriana, I had the pleasure of working with on-site Maintenance, Octavio. Octavio was professional, friendly and thoughtful. Responses to my maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I feel I am in great hands here and the customer service is phenomenal. Moving here was the best decision and I truly love living here. Thank you Adriana and Octavio for creating a warm, safe, trusting and friendly community.
