DUO Apartments

I just wanted to stop by and say thank you to the kind staff (Claudia and Em) here at Duo apartments. I came by looking for some assistance that had not pertained to leasing. With our hesitation Claudia helped me get what I needed and Em allowed me to sit in the lobby until I completed what I needed to do. Before I left they offered a beverage to put a cherry on top of this top notch customer service. Thanks again everyone!

Living in Duo has been a wonderful experience so far. The apartments themselves are large and feel very modern; and the surrounding area is excellent with parks, groceries, restaurants, and easy freeway access. The leasing team is always very nice and helpful. I specifically have to shout-out Martha for helping me coordinate a cross-country move. She definitely went above and beyond in helping me secure a gorgeous unit and making my move-in process seamless after a week-long drive from the East coast. I'm very glad to have chosen to lease with this staff, and I highly recommend this property.

I have lived here at DUO Apartments for 6 months and I have to say that its amazing. The amenity's are fantastic. The grounds and building are maintained very well. ( Maintenance is freaking on point ) But most of all our office staff ( Claudia Martha and Em ) go above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs are met. From collecting packages to helping my daughters get in when they forget their keys lol. My experience here at Duo Apartments has been 10 stars but they only let me give 5....

I have lived at Duo Apartments for over 2 years now and my time here has been nothing short of incredible. The staff is unbelievably welcoming, kind, and supportive. They make it clear that they have your best interests in mind, answering questions and concerns as quickly as they pop up. The property is well maintained and during my time here, I have experienced no issues with parking, mail, noise, or anything else. The neighborhood is very secure and clean, and the neighbors are respectful as well. The office staff additionally hold events that allow tenants to interact with one another, get to know each other, and bond. This is something I havent seen done at other apartment complexes. There is an emphasis on taking care of one another and making each other feel comfortable and understood. I truly could not have picked a better place to call home.

Since I settled into my unit, Claudia and Martha have consistently been incredibly supportive and helpful. They've made this transition smooth and have been welcoming right from the start.
