Please check with Management before lease this apartment because you will get nothing from security deposit . I have really bad experience for carpet cleaning norms ,They gave you written all information and they will not charge for carpet cleaning after two years. but still they will give you excuse for charges like: Charged the money for carpet cleaning as this clean was much more than normal wear and tear, there was a burn mark and heavy oily type dirt.

I like this Apartment but not so much, positive side is pretty big room, Open. Good location.For small family its ok, if you consider high rent, poor management, cheap fittings .
