Do not get into a building which has 1 elevator. Most elevators in the community do not work. Was stuck on 4th floor, end of lease, had to vacate 3bhk with lot of furniture, and elevator wasnt working for entirety of my last week of lease, had to go through hell while moving out

------------Read your CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR ADVISORY ADDENDUM carefully------------ "The construction repair project is expected to begin approximately May 23, 2019 and is estimated to continue for a period of approximately thirty (30) months. The construction repair schedule may be subject to change." But construction is still continuing and it is noisy. Apart from this i like the apartment.

Horrible experience! Please avoid! I was granted a construction addendum for rent concession at the lease signing and they kept charging me without the concession for almost 6 months. The resident offices staff kept saying they will have a word with the manager but never once got back. After many unanswered emails/calls and multiple trips to the leasing office they finally paid me back 6 months later! The maintenance was never on time and the appointment time is a joke. If you decide to stay home for any maintenance request, please dont as they visit the unit as per their convenience(not even on the appointment day) and will call you for permission to enter the unit or cancel the appointment. There are frequent notices to enter the unit for fire alarm or other maintenance and not very convenient if you cant stay home all the time. Also, forget about the security deposit because you wont get any of it back after the move out costs. They billed me a cleaning and re-painting charge of over 734$. Upon inquiry I was informed that the move out charges were on the lower side and most tenants dont get back any of their security deposit back! The normal wear and tear over 14 months often outweigh the deposit money. Pros: The apartment community is very safe and homely.

1 star is too high Terrible and unresponsive management, crime and package thefts, mold, you name it. Every single neighbor Ive talked to has had the same experience. Ive been trying to contact the leasing office for 3 months regarding the gate code that doesnt work (so I keep missing deliveries), but honestly thats the least of my worries. We put in our move out notice and cant wait to get out. Worst apartment we have ever lived in and for the love of God, go anywhere else. RUN AWAY!!!!
