Marlboro Manor Apartments

I have been living here for past 1,1/2 yrs. This place is clean, well lighted and welcoming. I moved in here with my pets (kids)and we found this place welcoming. The laundry is clean, parking and common areas are clean and also people here are like neighborhood watch. Sense of respect is here and also the manager is very active. The current ( only manager I know here) Ms. Kim is top of her game. Delivery packages to Food delivery she keeps an eye and I love my house. Someday I will have to relocate, this place will always be in my heart and memories.

My daughter and I have resided here for 2 years and there is not one complaint to share. I have nothing but great comments and to let Kim know she is one hell of a Manager. She takes great pride and joy, & most importantly she cares for ea. and every tenant @ Marlboro Manor. I could not ask for anymore than a safe, environment for a single mother and daughter. She makes great live in Manger. So Kim where ever you go, I will surely follow with out a doubt. Glad to be a resident @ Marlboro Manor

I lived at the property a year before moving back to Sacramento. Kim the manager is a great person. She takes care of her property and takes great pride of it. She also take care of her tenants and works hard at making sure it's also safe for the residents. Thank you Kim for all you do.

We (me and my fianc) have lived here for almost 2 years. The owners \management team are amazing. There has never been one issue that was not resolved very quickly. Kim is an amazing manager who is concerned about all of her tenants and will go the extra mile to make life at Marlboro manor apt's the best experience.
