        theft happens, but facilities and repair man are great. bikes have been stolen from behind closed doors and cages. mail packages have been stolen. but there are very convenient amenities such as gym, pool, bbq. another highlight is the repair staff Tom - always friendly and very capable of any issues that come up!

        I've been living in Levare for a few months now and I love this place. Meredith Smith (part of the leasing team) is one of the most fun person to work with. She's always 5 steps ahead and made the shift to Levare seamless.
