Truly fantastic customer service (thanks Diana!), but the used car I looked at was underwhelming at best. By contrast, Audi of Palo Alto overdelivered on their advertised vehicle - with service that rivalled Stevens Creek. I looked at pre-owned Mini Coopers - the black one at Stevens Creek was in beyond rough shape - and not even an "S". It costed a fifteen hundred bucks more, had more mileage, and was in wayyy worse shape than the Cooper S that I ended up buying at Palo Alto. Here's a picture of the one I ended up buying in Palo Alto after looking at almost a dozen used Minis. All were in poor shape except this orange pumpkin. Nary a scratch on it. It simply blows out of the water the black non-S for sale in Stevens Creek. Not even remotely in the same league. Maybe the experience will be different with new cars, but the folks here really need to re evaluate their used pricing - at least on non-Audi vehicles.
