I bought a used F30 after a PPI down in southern California and shipped it straight to David's. He gave me a very fair quote for a timing chain guide job that the shop in socal couldn't match. After bringing it to him, he updated me with pictures and gave me details on all the additional issues he found. Upon further inspection, he found that the flywheel was installed incorrectly and that wouldn't allow his timing tool to fit. He wasn't shady about anything, was completely honest, and upfront about all costs.At the end of the day, it sucks that the job was more expensive than I thought, but I really appreciated that he was genuine and proved everything with pictures. Now the car is running better than before and I can be confident that it'll keep going for a long time. This is one of the few BMW shops that I recommend that have the perfect combination of price and level of service. (As for the other shop and used car dealer I bought the car from... not so much.)

This establishment and staff is absolutely professional, diligent, honest, and truly looks out for the customer. We took our car here for minor fixes and David was fair, helped stay within budget and provided excellent service. I will go here for every repair/paintwork needed. I'm beyond happy with the results and highly recommend David's!
