I chose Big O Tires because they had great reviews. I made my appointment online the night before. My appt time was set for 11:00 AM. When I arrived, everyone was courteous, and I was helped right away. I was told it would take 90 min.-2 hrs. I had driven myself and stayed in their lounge area. When more than 2 hrs passed, I asked how much longer it might take. I was told they were almost done. After 5 HOURS, I went to the counter and told them I was getting really upset at how long it was taking. Only one young man seemed concerned. He asked which veicle was mine, went out to see where it was, and apologized for the delay! No one else seemed concerned in the least. I have no idea why folks seem to like this place.

Shoutouts to Chrissy & Alex for the amazing and efficient service today. They run a tight operation in a stressful environment, which is not easy. This location in particular does a great job with Teslas.
