        I've attended Melo's twice so far and the experience is superb. Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming environment. Best of all, a quick and clean cut. Melo was my barber this last visit and I'll be returning to him for sure.

        Called and confirmed an appointment for 5pm. Showed up early and no one would open the doors (they keep them locked and it looks really sketchy). I left and got a message asking if I was coming and I said I would come back. Sat on the couch for 45 minutes and my barber occasionally stared at me but said nothing. Nothing at all. Got up and left after 45 as I had plans. Would not give them another try and recommend anyone to avoid this place.

      Hello, we are saddened that you have had this bad experience, unfortunately in our store we do not serve by appointment, it is in order of arrival, I understand that sometimes it can be delayed since we have many customers, but we always try to keep the wait short, we keep the door closed now Due to the cold we turn on the heating and it is to keep warm, we apologize and we hope to be able to help you during this bad time, we work day after day to improve, thank you for your visit!
