Enjoyed my first lash appointment. Two days later my left eye had lost every lash went in and got it fixed right away and made a follow up. My lashes did not make it to the follow up figured it was something I did. Less than three days after the follow up ,being extremely cautious and mindful have already lost half my lashes on both eyes. Asked why this might happen and they had no answer. Tried to get a partial refund and they only offer to fix the service which is fine ,but limited. The appointment to get them fixed is only available in the middle of the day when I am working and they did not seem to care.Artists were kind and place is clean but lashes do not last and they do not care to keep their clients. While the service was amazing, my lashes fell out by the 3rd day. I followed all the advice and procedures but they still fell out. I was not able to go back and have them fixed because I was moving and you can only get your lashes filled in the place where they were first done. I have had my lashes done hundreds of times but never before have I felt like I wasted my money like this. Once again amazing experience poor quality. Service: Eyelash extensions

I’ve been going to amazing lash studio for some time now and haven’t had any issues but I recently visited this location while being on vacation. The location was nice and everyone was polite. My lash technician was very sweet but my concern is that by the first day a ton of my lashes fell off and by the next morning I looked like I was already for a refill. Today is day two and I look like it’s the day before a refill. My lashes are literally falling out for no reason. I’ve had my lashes done for years and never have I experience this amount of lashes falling out within the first day. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is unacceptable and I can now understand the negative reviews that have had the same experience. I hope that amazing lash studio can correct this and make it right because at this point I’m ready to cancel my membership even though I love getting my lashes done I would rather go else where if this can’t be corrected.
