Alondra did a great job with my hair (trimming my layers). I give her five stars for her work. My only suggestion would be to streamline the check-in process, as my appointment started with a 20-minute wait before anyone noticed. The person checking me in didnt seem interested in letting me know about the wait or anything, which is not good customer service.

It had been way too long since if I had my hair cut, the stylist of been going to for almost 10 years moved out of state, and the idea of finding somebody new was making me really anxious. So I went over a year without so much as a trim. So by now my overprocessed, dry, brittle hair needed help! my husband had found dollhouse for me, but still in drug my heels on making an appointment until a few days before hosting 11 people at my house for Christmas and in want to look put together. So I scheduled an appointment with Sahel for a cut and a deep conditioning treatement. The head massage she gave during the deep conditioning treatment was so relaxing, and I really love my new cut!! She also told me they have a colorist that specializes in by hair color and gace me her card. Overall it was a very good experience and I'll be going back for sure!
