Niviya Kitchen & Bath Cabinets

I bought from them 6 years ago and the varnish is coming off the cabinets. I asked them what I could do and then said to get a color crayon close to the color. I just tried calling them back and their number is disconnected. I don't think my cabinets are real wood. So disappointed with the coating coming off. Looks bad

They did my kitchen, bathrooms and laundry , AND office. Very professional, hardworking people. if there's an issue, they will fix it at their cost. Mina is a great designer. appt only.

Avoid Niviya at all cost. I have never seen poorer quality in cabinets. My cabinet started chipping and the door was falling off due to the poor quality. When I called to ask them to fix it they asked me to send them pictures and they would send me the information on where to send the pictures to. They never did. I called numerous times an left messages without a return phone call. I finally decided to call from a different number to see if they would pick up the phone and they did. The refuse to fix the cabinets so beware of this place.

I used this Company a few years ago for a built-in cabinet. It was a bit odd but in the end the cabinet came out fine with some extra supervision of the painter on my part. I am sometimes in Hollister where the shop is that does the work, and realized they also do granite countertops. I spoke with the shop foreman on 3 separate occasions asking Young to give me a call and set up an estimate at my home. Nothing. On the last attempt, I obtained the card for the owner, Young and left two separate messages with his wife who was a bit abrupt, overly apologetic and hard to understand. Nevertheless I was willing to give them a chance if I could ever get someone to come and do the measuring/estimate. again NOTHING. I found the business card again, and again spoke with Mina who was apologetic and evasive. I finally got out of her that they are no longer doing "retail" work and prefer to work with Contractors. Fine, but why did the shop foreman in Hollister or Mina not tell me that on the successive attempts I made to do business with them? Trust me when I tell you, they don't want your business, and it looks as though things are headed in the wrong direction anyway! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
