His meticulous attention to detail, his prompt and thoughtful responses, and his patience with changes really build trust at every step. Next, the detailed drawings, plans, and clear and precise cost estimates we received were extremely helpful. These materials allowed us to visualize our project and understand the financial implications in a straightforward manner. Another aspect we greatly appreciated was their honest communication about supply chain and delivery times. This transparency really helped us to have an accurate plan. In the end we are appreciate the smooth experience we had working with Nova Cabinetry and Design as well as the completely gratifying end result.
