I spoke with Lynn and he came off very rude. Within a minute of speaking, Lynn essentially refused to provide any service or options on how to help. As I had question, Lynn hung up the phone. Less than a 2 minute conversation and never even got my questions answered.

Having been self employed for 30+ years with 3 different businesses, I have used 5 different accounting firms. I have always considered a CPA a necessary evil for the small business guy, that is until meeting Lynn and Tom in 2013 while being audited by the IRS. I was immediately comforted and never felt intimidated after hiring Lynn to represent me. The entire staff at Wubbles & Duffy are extremely knowledgeable and accessible, Susan who works closely with Lynn always has a smile on her face and is genuinely welcoming. I am usually able to reach them by phone with one call and have dropped in during tax season on a sat to find them fully staffed and avail to answer a quick question. In this day and age its hard enough being the little guy trying to survive not to mention represent yourself against the big machine , I feel I have found the firm I will be using for years to come
