Jack is NOT professional at all!!!  He made a huge mistake on my 2017 Tax Return and IRS sent me a letter saying that I owed $3,945.  I asked Jack for explanation since I paid him $450 for doing my 2017 Tax Return.  He did NOT answer my question and did not even apologize for making a huge mistake on my tax return.  He is so ARROGANT and UNPROFESSIONAL!  Customers beware!

I do not recommend this company. They are very expensive and unprofessional. Jack estimated that I would pay for his services in 2018 about $3000 which was already on very high side. However, the final invoice was for the amount of almost $4000 which was way above the estimate. This year I decided to go with someone else, because he was overpriced. A few months ago I asked Jack for depreciation schedule that he was supposed to provide with my 2018 tax, but he refused to give it to me. He also told me not to bother him because he is extremely busy doing taxes for "big companies". Now I have a new tax guy and I paid only $650 for a much more professional service. Don't go with Global Tax Advisers not only because they will rip you off, but also they are "very busy with big companies".

Knowledgeable and nice to work with. However have to subtract a couple of points for having a simple but dollar wise significant error in the return. Fortunately I noticed this while checking the draft.

Jack and his team are very knowledgeable and professional . I got referred by a friend , and I'm really glad I did it . I need it representation with IRS, I got an audit with them, he did some miracle and he helped me to reduce a lot of penalties.I will definitely recommend for anyone whose has tax issues or IRS issues.Thank you again jack and your team for their wonderful work.

Since Jack became to my tax adviser in 2014, he was helping me save thousands of dollars for tax (State and Federal) each year.
