Loop Neighborhood Market

I came here at 3 in the morning a few days ago and the door was locked. The cashier eventually opened it and was telling me how a customer had just come in and was angry because they were closed. I said, Are you closed?, he said yes but Ill take you as if he was doing me a favor. (The sign says open 24/7) Today, I left empty-handed after spending 15 MINUTES trying to buy gas & 2 cigarillos. 1 would not scan. They would not sell it to me because it would not scan nor did they offer to sell me a different one. (I bought 2 flavors so normally a cashier offers to give you 2 of the same flavor) The 1 cigarillo they did give me was stale so I asked for a different one. They said it wasnt expired. Okay but it is still stale. They would not give me a different one. I explained to go feel the other cigarillos and notice how some of them are soft to the touch. Hard-to-touch means stale. They did not understand. I asked for a refund. They could not figure out how to refund my card. Again, they didnt offer me a replacement cigarillo when 1 wouldnt scan, they didnt offer a replacement when the 1 they gave me was stale, they werent able to process a refund after refusing to give me a different cogariplo. The entire time, the 2 Spanish cashiers were talking to each other and barely acknowledged me when I spoke to them. It was beyond rude. The only reason I knew what was going on is because I was listening to them speak to each other. I always get my cigarillos here because its convenient for me but this was ridiculous. to the manager - your current employees terrible customer service is losing you business.

The station was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient.The prices were a bit expensive, especially compared to other stations in the area, but the convenience of the location made up for it. There was a wide selection of snacks and drinks available, and I was able to fill up quickly and get back on the road in no time.Overall, I had a great experience at Loop gas station and will definitely be stopping by again in the future. I'm glad I stayed in the Loop and didn't have to go out of my way to find a gas station.

Local loop it really hasn't been here very long actually pretty newish if we were grading I would give it a big F they never have any Real hot food available pushing a hotdog that doesn't exist but they have the fixings they have no burgers  / Today they had a chicken sandwich and a couple of donuts  this is why I rarely come here only for a car wash

If I could leave no stars I would on the door it says open 24 hours and there is this man inside the store and when I try to open the door, he shakes his head no and that is it doesn't say anything doesn't do anything but just shakes his head. The door is locked and right on the door it says open 24 hours on the website it says open 24 hours seven days a week, I get off work late I have no gas I'm trying to pay cash it's 2:39 AM. I'm tired and I want to go home and instead of having the decency to at least tell me why he refuses to open a door to an establishment that says they're open 24 hours. He just continues to stare at me blankly and shake his head. Loop shell whoever you are consider hiring new staff that actually have the decency and the customer service background that's needed for this type of establishment.

Telephone listed says sorry mailbox is full. I just returned from the car wash this am. Paid $15 for a wash. Spots, soap etc all over my car. Red flag should have been a large mound of soap was sitting inside the floor before I drove inside the car wash. I have called this number unable to reach anyone states " mailbox is full" no other number listed. Tried another number I found on internet disconnected. Owner please contact me I would like a refund. I used my CC to pay and machine did not give me a receipt. I would appreciate if you can please message me. Your machine needs to be checked the rainX is not working. It left horrible spots all over my windows. My car looked better before I the wash. I have used your services before a few times a month first time this ever occurred. Nevertheless I am frustrated for one poor wash, 2 inability to reach your business.
