This attorney was hired after a friend of mine referred him. The case I had was quite substantial, please keep in mind I am usually not this blunt or forthcoming . My experience with this attorney I will outline in this review . Hiring John Dunn , as my workers comp attorney was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life . Hiring this attorney will most likely cost me my life . My case was straightforward and directly to the point. This attorney failed drastically in his responsibility to provide me proper legal counsel . My case was very straightforward and to the point. This attorneys approach to my case was very nonchalant and comical . His inability to communicate with me, and properly communicate my concerns in this case were dramatically absent . In the end my case was dropped as I had to terminate my association with this attorney . I contacted other attorneys prior to terminating my association with John Dunn. These professionals were surprised and shocked that he was still in business . At one time I had the opportunity to seek out another attorneys services who was very aware of Mr. Dunns reputation. I am a loyal and steadfast individual, and decided to stay with Mr. Dunn due to the fact my case had been on his table for a substantial amount of time. This turned out to be a huge mistake, my case just seem to drag on and one time I had no contact with John Dunns office for over year . My advice to anyone seeking services is do your research avoid this attorney at all cost .

My review is based on my initial consultation and in-person meeting with Robert Preskill.I interviewed many attorneys for a situation I was in. I got the best advise from Robert. He answered all my question but what differentiated him from others was the fact that he talked face-to-face, and provided real advice that ultimately helped us. He described the whole process and it is only because of him that we could handle the stress and confusion of the legal system.I would go to him in future anytime I need legal help and would recommend him to others.We interviewed 3 other attorneys, and I have no doubts that they didn't come evenclose to Robert. One was a "senior case manager", not an attorney. Not good, you need to talk to the attorney before you hire one.Second one wanted to sign us up right away by utilizing scare tactics.The third one was judgmental by accusing us of the crime she was supposed to defend us. Hello, if your attorney doesn't believe your innocence, and is quick to pass judgement, run!!!
