Western Dental & Orthodontics

I've never experienced this before. I recently had a filling done about a week ago, and now it's fallen out. I have to go back to have it redone, repeating the same process again.

Worst dentist experience ever do not waste your time! I went to western dental due to wisdom tooth pain in hope of relief. Keep in mind I have medi-cal full scope insurance. Anyways they took x- rays of my teeth then I went to the wait room and waited for the main dentist to take a look and he was so rude I asked him about my x-rays he had zero interest to talk to me just told me if you dont want to deal with your wisdom teeth just get them removed. I was then told to go to the waiting room until I was called back. So then some lady named Alejandra try to schedule me for an appointment but anyway she gives me a bill of $1,566.48 of what it would cost to get my wisdom tooth extracted keep in mind I keep telling her I have medical I shouldnt have to pay for anything unless its a luxury she keep telling me thats they only cover the anesthesia which is not true when you have full scope anyways I reported this to my insurance and they told me they are scammers I shouldnt have to pay any penny out of my pocket. So beware they are scammers or either Alejandra doesnt know how to do her job.

Got seen 1 1/2 hours after my appointment. Also the receptionist try to extort $160 from, calling it a consult charge after their so-called free exam!!!

Not a very welcoming and friendly environment. Girl who did my X-rays was super nice but then when I was moved to the dental part of the business it was super uncomfortable and was very exposed to others who are getting work done there too. The dentist was unwelcoming and rude and the staff was very unprofessional as well. The girl at the desk scared me into signing a document I didnt want to sign by saying if I didnt get a the treatment they recommended done that my teeth would eventually fall out. Decided to take my business elsewhere.
