I always encounter really friendly people in this office and get great care and attentiveness. Ive appreciated being able to talk through my dental issues and things that well continue to keep an eye on.

Smile Design is great! They have such a friendly staff and I recommend anyone in the San Jose area to use them if they have any dental needs

I got a $400+ bill from this office in Dec. 2021 which I ignored because I had a statement from them a month prior with a zero ($0.00) balance. And this was a month after my last paid procedure there which I was billed for on the way out and paid in full with a credit card. I get the same $400+ bill in June, 2022 stamped FINAL NOTICE and a threat of having it sent to collections. I went into  the office and told her I had a zero $ balance with both Delta Dental AND this office!  I gave the Office Manager (OM) a sheet of paper asking her to justify this errant charge; dates / dental codes / costs. She couldn't do that but did zero my account, which was already zero dollars. She also cancelled the collection. She stated that she has sent me an updated ledger with this account correction. NOTE accounts with Delta Dental do NOT get sent to collection!  This OM either had my account confused with someone else's OR she added in this $400+ charge after the fact--what's that called??.  I already have another dentist. I worry that I'm not the only one this has happened to at this business. Check your account if you are with SD. Otherwise--Avoid this business
