I started coming here when I moved to San Jose in 2009. The staff and doctors are stellar. Dr. Guhman & Dr. Toy are wonderful beyond words. They are gentle, friendly, accommodating, but most important...informative. Anna, Trina & Nicole are extremely helpful & friendly. Jackie is gracious, friendly and makes sure your 100% covered during x-rays (thanks Jackie). The star of the show yesterday when I went in for cleaning is Mylan. This is the first time I've met her and she did not disappoint. Great conversation, friendly, extremely gentle while getting the job done. So much, I didn't feel anything while she was cleaning my teeth & no slobber jaw. I am renewing my insurance for 2024. I had to make several calls to the office to see what insurance they accepted because I will not go anywhere else. Highly suggest trying BDE out.

I had an appointment for next week , the pain was too great in my mouth so I called them to see if they can take me in sooner, they said no problem. I went in 6days earlier than my appointment and they took care of my pain!!! The staff is nice and patient and the dentist was great!!! Cannot say enough of their customer service!!! Im very happy with them!!!!!

I really love this practice. Everyone I have dealt with is gentle, respectful and makes sure I understand decisions to be made. Highly recommend.
