CVS

The store manager told me today 3/21/23 that the pharmacy has always only been open between 12 to 1pm. Mind you I have been coming here for three years for regular medication and it's always been open till 8pm. I know it's hard to do your job, but please don't lie to people just to make your job easier. She had even went as far as saying she's worked there for a year and it had always been this way. We all know this is not the case anyone who has had their prescriptions sent here would just laugh if they saw this.

They dont know their own policies. Left and went to another CVS. I know you cant trust this pharmacy but this one specifically blamed a visiting pharmacist for doing the right thing. Disgusting. They even made me talk loudly from the counter to the back where they were about my medications while they had a long line. 0% discretion.

The only thing about CVS they didnt have Lactaid milk, 2%. Nothing nothing at all. The front checker. She was great in the morning time. Shes awesome.. on the afternoon, you have lots of youngsters, non-professional skills.

The worst pharmacy ever!  The female pharmacy technician had the worst customer service skills.  Not a very good role model for CVS.  She was rude and so very slow.  No sense of urgency at all.  I would recommend additional training.
