        I was surprised by the clerk shaking his head back and forth and ignoring the customer. I never plan to go there again. The bald Asian clerk is the problem.

        No phone orders. I have to come in and wait for big orders this is ridiculous. Fast I guess for small parts runs but go elsewhere for real work.
