I really appreciated the patience that is going into my care. I was able to have a consult to help discuss my insurance and really break down my payments. I have horrible dental anxiety thats been keeping me away from appointments. From getting my x-rays to setting up my future appointments, Ive been assisted along the way. I was met with nothing but warmth and kindness and feel comfortable having my dental work done.

I am writting this for my Father who is 87 years old I take care of his businss for him due to his age and physical help my name is James Lorca. My father went there approximately 5 months ago November 2023 to get dentures and he was seeing Dr. Suman Ramakumar DDS, during the consultation they told him for dentures would be approxaimatel $5,500.00 I was on the phone with the assistant and Doctor and agreed to that price, Once he recieved his dentures they never fit he went back three times after the third time they stated they will not fit due to the fact he didnt have the bone structure. If thats the case why did they charge him $5,500 they than told him he can get implants for 50,000. My father is 87 years old they took advantage of him giving him dentures that they know would not fit. This is clearly Elder Abuse and financial exploitation he can barely speak clearly and taking advantage of ederly like that is just plain wrong. They have laws for this as well I am also seeking legal counsel
