This is the second time I've worked with ROI and again it was a smashing success! We did the bike build event and Jay was amazing keeping a rowdy group both energized and focused. Many people said it was highlight of our workshop. We will definitely use ROI again in the future.

The team bonding experience was fun! The ROI team was fast in responding to our customized needs and the event went smoothly. Just one little suggestion, it would be great to get some initial guidance from the organizer in building gliders that actually glide, and perhaps some comments at the end of the event to explain why some of our gliders were better than others from a pure engineering perspective!

Team Building ROI hosted an incredible food truck challenge for my very large 130 person team. We had a blast in fact some one said they hadnt had this much fun since the pandemic! It was an incredible day facilitated by an incredible team!
