The worst florist experience ever. This people are basically here to ruin your day. My wife's mother ordered flowers from another state. She used Toshis. They sent my wife some flowers from Safeway or Costco. They put absolutely no time into the arrangement. It wasn't what her mother ordered. She also ordered a plant and never received it. My wife went by to try to return the flowers at 330 in the afternoon. Nobody was there. We have left numerous messages, and have not received a call back. Don't ever order anything from this place. They are nothing more than scam artists. All you have to do is read all the bad reviews.

Received a poinsettia for Christmas from some of my work associates. Very surprised that a limb was broken. One of the decorations was also brokenNot wanting to contact the center to embarrass them or give them one more thing to do. I contacted Teleflora who let me know that they cannot help a recipient. They only help DecemberThe poinsettia was marveled in an unattractive way. It was smaller than normal in addition to having a broken stem. Also, this florist does not use a thing or a florist Maas instead, it uses raffia to put around part of the plant not the whole plantAlso this florist chooses to use a minimal pot to put it in my opinion is that the sender received a highly discounted price For their purchase as I can't believe a florist would send this out as a representation of their work
